What This Site Is
Screen Sight Care is my personal record of testing eye supplements over fourteen months while working as a remote developer in Austin. Everything published here reflects direct testing experience and personal observation. It is not medical, financial, or legal advice, and it should not substitute for consultation with a qualified professional -- if your eye health is a genuine concern, please work with an optometrist or ophthalmologist, not a developer's supplement blog.
Testing Process
I test one supplement at a time, with at least three weeks off between products to avoid carryover effects. During each test period I track eye fatigue levels on a consistent scale each week, monthly costs, and anything else I notice changing. Reviews reflect actual tracking data -- not ingredient lists, not brand-supplied talking points. Every product I review was acquired at retail price on my own.
Affiliate Relationships
Some links here are affiliate links. Click through and buy the product, I get a small commission at no extra cost to you. The commission does not determine which products get covered or what I write about them. If something showed no noticeable effect in my testing, the post says so. If it made things worse, I write that.
Corrections
If something I wrote is wrong, the contact page is the fastest way to let me know. I check the data periodically but I am not immune to errors, and I would rather correct something than leave wrong information up.
